My interest in electrical systems began at a very young age.
When I was in elementary school, I read about Thomas Edison and his invention of the light bulb. I was deeply fascinated and began developing a strong curiosity about how electrical appliances worked. I remember dismantling a broken floor fan at home just to understand its structure—only to realize later that I had no idea how to put it back together. I was equally curious about televisions and radios, often wondering what was behind the screen or how sound was produced.
In sixth grade, while replacing a light bulb at home, I accidentally received my first electric shock. Surprisingly, that experience did not stop me—it strengthened my interest in electrical wiring and circuits.
During school holidays in my secondary school years, I worked part-time as an electrical repair assistant at a neighboring automotive workshop. That experience helped me realize that working with circuits and electrical systems was more than just an interest—it was what I truly enjoyed. This led me to pursue formal studies in electrical engineering.
After graduating, I gained hands-on experience working as an automotive mechanic and electrical technician, assembling car audio systems, air-conditioning units, and handling various electrical repairs.
In 1998, I entered the forklift industry by chance, starting with electric forklift repairs. In the early years, I mainly serviced Japanese brands such as Toyota, Komatsu, and Nissan. Over time, I expanded my experience to include brands like TCM and Shin Kong. As forklift technology evolved, I continued upgrading my skills and knowledge, progressing step by step to where I am today—specializing in Toyota electric forklift repairs while having extensive experience across different forklift systems.
Many people ask me why I have stayed in this industry for more than 30 years.
The answer is simple.
I genuinely love this work.
I believe in taking the time and patience to properly diagnose and repair every forklift. I want my customers to think of me first whenever their forklift encounters a problem.
I believe in fair pricing and honest communication. If a component needs to be repaired, I will repair it. If replacement is unnecessary, I will never recommend it just to increase costs.
What started as individual repair work has gradually grown into a comprehensive operation covering forklift servicing, sales, rental, and spare parts supply.
Even today, I remain actively involved on the front line—personally handling diagnostics and repairs—because I believe experience, responsibility, and trust are the foundations of long-term partnerships.
